Site development

During the first phase the site will be analysed for possible usage types, jurisdictional restrictions, zoning requirements and market factors. We derive strategies and concepts resulting from the combination of client requests and the outcome of the site analysis.

Schematic Design

With research, models and cost estimates we provide options to allow for an optimal decision making process for the client.

Design Development and Construction Documents

Once the decision is made, we begin the detailed planning and project development of the building together with engineers and specialists. Our team of draftsmen take over the detailed construction documents.


Construction takes place after the application for a permit has been approved. The construction phase covers coordination and site management including cost and quality control from the initial ground breaking to the start of operations.
